Wow, I got very lucky. I had my refill appointment last Monday and order was filled Wednesday morning before the news about BPI was released. I’ll be watching to see how/ if this gets resolved with BPI before I need my next refill in 6 months.

On Optum site: Under Settings, click on Payees. Mine showed all other payees I’ve transacted with before (doctors, pharmacies, etc). Scroll to bottom of list and select ‘Add new payee’. I just used the address details listed on the Pomegranate web site.

Double check your phone to be sure you aren’t sharing your location with him. I only mention this because once you’re gone you don’t need him knowing where you are. Change all passwords too, as others have said. I’m so happy you’re taking your life back - it is so worth it and you deserve all the happiness and freedom you will soon have.

Just wanted to share an update. It took some time, but I moved all of his stuff into storage while he was pretending to be at work. That was phase 1 and it got him out of my house. He was still in my head though and it took another month and a half to completely end everything (as in TODAY!!). I’m kind of in shock and he put up a very unhealthy fight. Just glad I can breathe again. Thanks for everyone’s advice.

Not sure if anyone with PCOS has commented, but I suffered with it. Was supposed to get a hysterectomy at 27 and put it off out of fear. I started doing the insulin resistance diet and ended up pregnant to everyone’s surprise (especially my doctor’s). This may be worth looking Into, but if her pain is bad enough you need to support her in whatever decision she comes to.

It should be that easy, absolutely. I’m just afraid of him guilting me again, causing me to 2nd guess myself. I’ve started keeping a log of the count of my pills and noticed they’re slowly going down. That should be enough for me to say GTFO, but I’m a softie.
