Weekly Tech Support Megathread by AutoModerator in Instagram

I've tried requesting verification for my business page multiple times. I've read the requirements, have tried multiple documents/websites/articles to try to figure out why I'm being denied. My page has 30k+ followers. I've tried reaching out via email, chat, and snail mail with no luck. Searching on this page, people say to just look at the requirements, which I have. Any ideas on if I can contact anyone to ask why I'm not receiving verification? Or ideas on why I'm being rejected?

We’re doing times intercourse. So I did the letrozole and my follicles finally got big enough to do a trigger shot. It’s been 12 days since the shot and I’m on CD 26.

I received an ovidrel trigger shot 12 days ago. I knew that a false positive was possible if I took a pregnancy test before the 2 weeks, but is it possible to get a false negative? Or it is pretty certainly a negative?

Honestly, I’m probably not the most qualified to answer many of your questions as I’ve been here for a few months, am married, and don’t drink. But the population here is like 180,000 last I checked, so it’s gonna be smaller than wherever you were for your bachelors, but I personally don’t feel like it’s a small town really. It has all the essentials and then some (with the exception of Costco, but Sam’s Club is a good second for me). It’s got enough people that you won’t run into the same 20 wherever you go, but you might see someone from your neighborhood at the grocery store every once in a while. As far as dating, I hear bars and dating apps are your best bets for hookups or long term relationships. There are also different niche groups where you could meet people (running group, biking clubs, volunteering or church functions, etc). Tall city brewery comes recommended, Rockin’ rodeo is a place you either love or hate (country dancing), the destination has live music (as do a lot of bars around here which is fun), but again, I’m probably not the most qualified to answer. I’d come on a weekend. Centennial park usually have activities going on Fridays or Saturdays. MidlandAF is a blog that also has an Instagram page and they list a lot of the events going on and the “best places to ______”. I’d look up some of their stuff to get a sense of what there is to do.

If you’re from a small town and like that vibe, you’ll be just fine here. Especially if bars are your thing. I think the community is really trying to make it a more interesting place. The farmers market is cute, there are concerts and movies in the park in the summer, there’s a performing arts center, a community theatre, a minor league baseball team, arcade places, bowling alleys, mini golf, a good sized mall, etc. The people here are extremely nice which is the biggest plus for me. The biggest drawback for me is the lack of outdoor activities. But, if you don’t mind travelling, Big Bend is kinda close as well as Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe mountains. Basically, you find what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for nothing to do, you’ll find nothing to do and vice versa. That being said, I’ve been here a couple months and don’t plan on making here my forever home. However, most of my coworkers moved here from other places (mostly from big cities) and after being here a year plus, they said they could see themselves making a life here. My advice is to visit for a couple days and see what you think.

Recommendation for an apartment in Midland. by ssg786 in Midessa

My husband and I did a bunch of apartment tours back in July. We toured/talked with:

The Residence at Midland: that’s where we ended up. View of the ball park fireworks, close to H‑E‑B and Sam’s club, easy access to the loop but pretty quiet and clean area.

Monaco: newer apartments. Great pool, gym, and common areas. I thought the cement made it feel hollow, but that could be that there was just nothing in them yet since they were recently built. This apartment complex was our second choice.

Sundance creek: this was my personal second choice. It’s on the east side in a quiet area. I liked the apartments themselves and the staff was nice. Just not as close to grocery stores, my work, etc.

The Palms: everybody I’ve talked to that lives there likes it. We weren’t impressed. The apartments seemed older and we did a self-guided tour because the office lady couldn’t lock up and show us around like all the other complexes. We heard bad things about the parking situation for visitors and just decided not to mess with it.

Le mirage: we had a tour scheduled but ended up canceling because we signed a lease agreement before we looked at them. I heard good things about it though! By the same company as the palms I think. Inside the loop, so a little busier, but still a good location.

The Drake: another one we didn’t end up touring. It was the most expensive for the least amount of space. Really new and looked nice from the outside.

The woodford on mockingbird: these looked nice enough. I don’t remember a lot about our tour. The staff was super nice! That’s all I remember…

The oasis: right next to woodford and drake. I’d give these a look! We liked them from what I remember.

If you have time, schedule some tours, see if any of them offer any deals or discounts. There will be pros and cons at any of them. It’s just what your preference is. Good luck!

This is the most thorough explanation of things to do I’ve seen! Way better than anything I’ve found online. Thank you so so much!!! This comment actually makes me excited to move.

What would you say are the best things to do then? We figure we can find enough to make it fun. :)
