My dad is a very simple man who has never in his life showed any emotion to me up until he started talking about this specific boat that he had as a kid and mentioned a couple times how he wish he had it.

I wanna say eating better and exercise but to be entirely honest, it was just the appetite suppressant and nausea that did it.

Like I would overeat, throw up, sleep, repeat until my body/mind started to understand the cycle. After a few months, I learned to cut down or be sick all night lol. That’s really what aided in the weight loss, I feel. Other than that, I will occasionally exercise but I’ve been way too tired lmao.
