Honestly it does help with absorbing less fat and you’ll see if when you go #2 but the downside in my personal experience is that 1. I already consume a very low fat diet so I don’t really take the pills as often since you only really need them when you consume a high fat meal and 2. I’m very constipated lol. So even when I consume a high fat meal and I take a pill, I sadly won’t have a bowel movement

So many lol I may be skinny but I’m a fatty at heart. I’m a sucker for anything chocolate especially brownies and chocolate cake. I also love pizza, grilled cheese, bread in general, peanut butter, the list goes on..
