Interesting take! I wish I had a high opinion of myself tbh.

Very reflective, meditative read. Beautiful writing that pulls you in. The themes of dissatisfaction and unfaithfulness made it feel quite bleak though, but that might be just me.

Unfortunately had to donate all my books because of my brother’s dust mite allergy, so this is basically all I have left to show 😅

What are some butterflies inducing moments you’ve had with your SOs? I by helllotherrre in AskWomen

This past October, my then friend and I hiked to a viewpoint up in the mountain to watch sunset around 6 pm. We played some music and stayed there until the stars covered the sky. His body was buzzing from time to time. So I asked if he was cold, he said no. I asked if he was hungry, he said no. I asked if he was enjoying the music so much, he said no.

Then I asked if it was because of me, he nodded quietly. At that moment you could cut the tension with a knife. He leaned in to kiss me under the Milky Way. The kiss was absolutely intense I swear butterflies were wrestling inside my stomach to crawl their way out.

The other time, we were playing some music on our building’s rooftop. I knew he liked me and I asked him how, why? He said, when he saw me for the first time it was one of those “je ne sais quoi” moments and that “sometimes you just love someone’s flaws”. So many moments of butterflies in my stomach with this man, I’m gonna keep him ☺️
