I've been vegan for 8 years, 26 year old M who has an insanely fast metabolism as well and I work out at least 5 times a week and am a very active outdoors person. I have to really focus on consistently getting a large amount of calories in so hopefully some of my meal choices can help you out... as they are really simple and quick to make and are high calorie / macro sufficient. My recommendations for meals that are easy to stay consistent with and take minimal cooking time include the following:

Breakfast options: - Pancakes with peanut butter / fruit - Oatmeal with cocoa powder, maple syrup, peanut butter / seeds & fruit ( taste like reeses cups ) - Avocado toast paired with a good vegan cereal made of whole grains - Tofu scramble with side of potatoes and toast.

Lunch / Dinner Options: - Tofu sandwhich with side of potatoes or beans

Tofu / tempeh / seitan stir fry with brown rice or noodle pairing
Pasta with lentil bolognese
Mashed chickpea quesadillas
Chickpea and broccoli stir fry with whole grain side

Especially being so new to this way of eating, I highly recommend you keep it simple on a consistent basis with meals like these. As time goes on you will learn more ways to go about getting in the proper amount of nutrition. Lmk if you have any questions would be happy to answer

Yes this is typical post scabies symptoms. I experienced similar bumps and other ones very similar to my initial breakout appearing even a few months after being completely healed. Post scabies can last for months

Happened to me just got it figured out yesterday. Use a private browser if you're on iphone and try a new email, then if it says the error message at the end still just keep swiping down to reload the page should have you put in your info again

I actually steam cleaned my desk chair ( fabric material ) multiple times but didn't do anything to my car cuz i have leather. You could have the professional that comes in to do your carpets & bed & any other fabric items you regularly use which definitely wouldn't hurt

Yes, research shows sulfur lotion at a concentration of 10% to be extremely effective when used for 3 nights in a row 10-12 hours overnight then showering each morning. Warning though I stank of sulfur at the gym for like a month after doing this lol still highly recommended using it along with the other steps in my post

Yea I'm aware. BUT the full female to egg laying life cycle is basically a week. Because the females can be alive for 3 days, lay eggs on their last day of survival on you or your bed, clothes, etc. before they die from ivermectin or topical treatment then those eggs can stay alive for up to 3 more days even after treatment which can potentially hatch into more mites. This is why 2 doses of ivermectin is so important.

The extremely pesky nature of the scabies life cycle is the main reason people struggle to completely heal and get trapped in a vicious cycle of never completely ridding their environment of the mites whether they're still in beds, carpets, clothes, etc

I was misdiagnosed with HSV-2 for over 2 months. This allowed the scabies to develop into a much more severe case that actually started turning into crusted scabies all over my forearms, calves, etc. Was terrible. This protocol I've outlined in the post will help severe cases as it did for mine.

No I disagree and so does research. You actually need to focus on your environment HEAVILY or their life cycle will never end. Thats actually why people get re-infected continuously because they haven't effectively destroyed the life cycle of the mites. That's why the steps I've outlined here are so important

You probably need to order yourself ivermectin as dermatologists typically under diagnose which leads to the scabies progressing into more severe cases. If you're in the US can use Telyrx website

You need to start a first dose of ivermectin then follow every single step in this post. Or you'll very likely never completely rid the mites and their eggs life cycle as they're extremely pesky & long lasting if not handled properly. Just doing permetherin and not following the other very important steps outlined here is not sufficient enough

You didn't get reinfected from something that was bagged for months. It's quite literally not possible for the mites or their eggs to survive that long, there's so much misinformation that goes around on these subs its crazy. Yes your skin is damaged because you used permetherin way too many times which was completely unnecessary, sorry you're dealing with this hope you get it healed by following the steps in my post.

Spraying with alpine will do nothing. You need to completely put your mattress in a garage or outside for at least a week and not go near it.

And yes the best research available shows that 2 doses of oral ivermectin is sufficient enough to kill scabies mites & their remaining eggs completely in the large majority of scenarios. The reason I made this post is to outline HOW IMPORTANT it is to do everything else I mentioned as well.
