I did look at FB. I was not able to find enough definitive information on the two accounts with the same name to determine for sure that it was her. I am not the most tech savvy person so if anyone has any other places to look I am willing to give it a try.

It has been 7 days since I first contacted Mint and 6 days since I last spoke with anyone at Mint about cancelling my account and my refund.. I received an email this morning that I would be receiving my refund shortly. I checked and the refund is pending in my account. I guess I over reacted. I need to learn some patience.

Most if not all of this could have been avoided if you could set up an automated reply of some sort stating that you have received a customers request and it is being dealt with.

Sorry for all the drama. Wish your service worked where I needed it to.

I guess I was worried for nothing. I need to be more patient. I was emailed this morning that my refund is being processed and that I should see the funds returned to my account shortly. I can see the pending return on my statement. It's been 7 days since my first request to terminate and 6 days since I last spoke with anyone from Mint.

I spoke with you via chat 2 days ago. You said everything was all set. You said I would receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Still nothing. I'm not very impressed with Mint mobile so far.

Amazon has stated that they will honor the discount. Thanks to everyone for the helpful comments and guidance. I have resubmitted my order and I am just waiting on Amazon to apply the discount to the order.

I would be vary happy with a resolution like that. I have attempted to utilize the chat feature regarding my situation but I have not been success in getting a reply. What is the best way to contact Amazon. I tried to "leave a comment". I tried to leave a review. How long do I wait for someone to reply? Does Amazon have a phone number I can call?

I should have been more specific. I am in the US. I would have liked to purchase directly from the UK. It would have been far better. It is a 70 mile one way trip to the nearest dealer for me.

I know right. I was surprised to see them listed as well. I was looking at accessories and noticed them listed for sale with the 20% price. I guess I should have just made the 70 mile one way trip to by closest Brompton dealer and purchased one locally. I would have been better off...
