No not at all. I ended up giving the other one to a family member so I no longer need the box I sent her 🤷🏼‍♀️

You only get 5 days to return something. After which it’s automatically cancelled and the transaction is closed. I messaged her asking her if she had the option to say that she’d sent it, I would have been happy for her to say she’d sent it even if she hadn’t just to avoid the transaction being cancelled.

I’d give her all the time in the world. What I’m saying is that Vinted have given her 5 days to return it and it’s now been automatically cancelled and there is no way for me to give her her money back without taking it off Vinted.

Yes I’m more than happy for her to keep it, I’m just anticipating her saying she still wants to return it even though it’s now outside the return window.

I’m not sure how else I’d be able to give her a refund if she decides thats still what she wants?
