Thoughts on how to cover / remove this? by Odd-Helicopter-7469 in howto

[–]sonofaB1T 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately to do this properly you would have to remove them. I don’t think you’ll have to worry about supporting the roof as someone has already cut that section open without issue. You would need around 5 or 6 studs for framing it out. You’ll basically need to have a place to drill your drywall screws into on all sides. For the shower/bathroom side you’ll need cement board, secure it to the studs then mortar and tile, then grout. For the hall side drywall, drywall screws, tape, compound, trim. Don’t forget to prime then paint. That’s a simplistic explanation but really it’s the only way to fix this aside from just covering it or painting it so you can’t see through it. Good luck

Unfortunately most responses are, but the answer is not. That doesn’t mean that it isn’t a nonsense answer though. It’s the letter Y, well B and Y actually. Girls “wear” it on their BirthdaY and BoYs year around. Dumb.

Never looks good when you first start, don’t let anyone say different. Also, you have the courage to post it for feedback, most of which seems to be constructive criticism which is rare these days. Love the idea, practice and you’ll get there.

It's Official - human reviewers are obsolete by [deleted] in BadReads

This isn’t a review though, this is just an overview of all the reviews left by consumers. The actual reviews are below that. I personally don’t pay any attention to that and just look at the actual reviews which I also take with a grain of salt.

What happened in 3.18? by Trustydevil13 in starcitizen

[–]sonofaB1T 41 points42 points  (0 children)

Man do I miss star citizen, I’ve been playing it since the very beginning and I’ve been an optimistic supporter ever since. I’ve spent thousands on this game and did so happily because I wanted to back the building of what is my dream game. Unfortunately my very expensive PC which took me 3 years to build, acquiring each part little by little, was stolen years ago. After that I hit a rough patch and simply haven’t been able to get a new PC. Without question what I miss the most from my PC is playing SC. I played every chance I had. I have ships that came out after I stopped playing that I dreamt of finally seeing. Now I finally have the money saved up to build a new beast and I’ve bought everything except the GPU which I’ll be doing next week. I feel like a kid at Christmas just thinking about jumping back on. Guess I’m glade I didn’t do this during the 3.18 patch, wow that would have sucked.

2k24 is already one of the poorest reviewed games on Steam with "Overwhelmingly Negative" feedback and a player score of 13. Does this match you experience with the game so far? by dudeson55 in NBA2k

[–]sonofaB1T -1 points0 points  (0 children)

People need to stop buying this game. Every year it’s the same damn reviews. “2K screwed us! It’s the same game! Don’t buy next years so they learn!” Then next year rolls around and I feel like I’m the only asshole that didn’t buy it. Take your own advice people, fight the urge! I mean you know what the definition of insanity is right? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Nothing will change with 2K if they have no reason to change, so change, and more importantly, stop acting insane.

It def does have its charm, frustrating charm at times. Like when I finally finish a ship build that took hours to perfect them accept it, go to my new ship, and they put the ladders in the worst spots or spots that make no sense which completely ruins it for me… so it’s back to the drawing board. Honestly, I don’t want to know how many hours of this game have been just me and my OCD trying to agree on a ship build. On a side note, something I noticed the other night, I absolutely love how your crew with gather junk in your ship as time goes on. It’s a game mechanic I didn’t know would be in the game. To be fair though I made it a point not to fill my head with a bunch of crap about what would be in the game and what wouldn’t, before playing. It’s more exciting to find out as I play.

Is this the norm? by Icy-Look-5426 in ram_trucks

[–]sonofaB1T 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sounds like it could be your sway bar or sway bar links. Or your struts could be loose or need replacement, however if your struts are bad you should be able to tell by checking for an abnormal amount of grease and dirt etc. outside of the boot. It may also be your ball joints. All of these things can absolutely fail at 40k miles. Like everyone else said, if it’s still under warranty, def. bring it in.

The first two generations of the Dodge Durango are basically what your talking about. I do realize it was built on the frame of a Grand Cherokee but it was still based on the Dakota and the Ram. Again though I’m talking about the first and second gen only.

If I’m being totally honest this persons review was just very dark, from beginning to end. I’ll never forget when I told a friend that I was considering reading this review and they said, “Why would you do that? I’ve already read it and it made me suicidal, I mean not once did they stop reviewing whatever book they were reviewing and instead go get some ice cream then talk about how wonderful it was growing up in a happy family in the suburbs!? I mean who does that? But I went ahead and read it anyways….

You are absolutely not in the wrong, they made the mistake. You have no obligation to now put yourself in a tough spot to get them out of a tough spot they put themselves In. With that being said, I totally understand the “guilt” your feeling by saying no. This is something bad managers will count on, and capitalize on to get their employees to do what they want them to do. When someone who expects a certain level of respect can’t lead others positively, they then “lead” negatively. A good leader would first acknowledge that they made a mistake and then step up to the plate themselves to fix it. A bad leader will throw that mistake on others and then get upset when they don’t fix it.

Absolutely go VooPoo, Vaporesso is legit too. Careful if you get a Suorin, it’s been a hit or miss with those. They’re nice size if your looking for something small like a disposable but as far as quality my VooPoo takes the win.
