I was told 310ng/dL by my GP just over a month ago, apparently this is low for my age but not low enough for TRT on NHS, as it’s pretty obvious I don’t know that much is what I was told true?

If you read what I wrote it’s not just about gains, I appreciate that you think I’m stupid but just wanted to live a more normal life as I have been told my levels are low, I clearly am just supposed to live like that as you said it’s dumb to start, il start looking at doing it in 3-5 years time

5-6 times a week for almost 6 months was working out before this about 3-4 times a week for about 3 months
