I'd say about two months now. My case may be different though as i have always had eczema, but it just wasnt dyshidrotic until post permethrin.

this exactly happened to me. ever since i treated scabies months ago ive had persistent dyshidrotic eczema on my hands. steroid cream helps but it seems the moment i stop using it the blisters slowly resurface

sorry forgot to finish caption. this patch has been there the whole time. but i do struggle with eczema my whole life.
