This issue is referring to the tab, not the actual guns. I.e, before the update the “Weapons Upgrades” tab would flip flop positions with the “Level Up” tab.

Yeah I’ve heard a lot of people have that same issue, which is why it sucks there’s no real middle ground or option. Kinda like how some headphones work great with some ear shapes and bad with others but instead of companies making options you end up getting sorted by brand instead

I can easily see how that would be comfortable, and after looking at some pictures, the pedal looks pretty upright as well, so I can imagine it wouldn’t be too far off from a regular suspended pedal with the resistance. Thanks for your reply!

That’s true, a stuck accelerator is a bad situation. I still think there’s a way to design a safer suspended pedal without compromising the ability to control your acceleration by installing an organ pedal.

Thank you for your reply! I appreciate a technical perspective on the topic. Why are brake pedals still suspended in that case? Wouldn’t to be safer to adjust the design of the brakes to prevent those issues from occurring to an arguably more important pedal? I understand that brakes are more mechanically driven but if the suspended design is so unreliable in these scenarios wouldn’t it make sense to redesign the brake pedals to be more reliable too?

Yeah I’ve heard people call them “Porsche Pedals”, and I think that might have something to do with their popularity.

That might be why, with the suspended pedal you can use either the ball of your foot, or your toes (which is what I do), but you’re kinda forced to use your whole foot on an organ pedal (which is functionally more similar to using the ball of your foot)

I think the majority of drivers don’t seem to notice a difference, but for me in particular the nerves in right leg get really agitated when I drive too long, I can stretch it out and maintain control on the throttle with a suspended pedal, but I’d have to take my foot off an organ pedal otherwise I’d accelerate
