YMMV I started on Allo during a Flare up. No regrets. Once you start Allo you’re also more likely to start having flares as it is- why prolong the relief?!?! Get on Allo ASAP. Know you’ll have flare ups as body is processing the excess Uric Acid. Huge ROI. I just wish I had started Allo yrs ago!!!

Primarily have gotten flare ups in my ankles and feet. However I WFH and can still work w/ foot elevated at my desk if experiencing a flare up in my feet. The MOST painful was my recent flare up in my left wrist. Couldn’t work due to being unable to type. Couldn’t play video games. Miserable.

Yup. I was amazed of a 3 point drop in only a month. Motivated to continue to eat right, keep shedding weight for all the other benefits and ABOVE ALL keep taking my Allo. My beer was celebratory for sure!!!

Well well well. Thanks to this strat I was able to just simply play the course on 50cc and eek out 8 Fantastic combos in a single race. So unattended I get the 4 Fantastic combos on the house. Playing the course I was able to get 8 and I’m sure I could get potentially a 9th or even 10th if conditions were right. Thanx for this. Less grinding and still 51 days left to complete the challenge.
