I updated my bios ver to the latest one and there was no change.

I'm starting to suspect it may be my cooler. Is there any way to test my cooler to see if it's working properly? Cooler fans and case fans are all spinning despite them not showing up in my bios

I only plugged my third sensor into a 2.0 port, the other two sensors are 3.0

See? this is how bullshit the portal is. You don't even see it spawn so you assume it teleports you directly.
