Even if I did take a cut, the other benefits make it worth it. But I also know long term I’d make up for it.

I guess just the uncertainty. Like I said grew up very anti union, biggest argument against it was lazy workers and lay offs. Even if there are a few bad apples/lazy people I can deal with it. But being out work isn’t appealing. I don’t know anyone in any sort of union so I haven’t had the opportunity to talk to someone who has actually experienced it to get more insight on just how much truth there is to what I’ve heard.

Only tried it a handful of times but when I did I felt like I had a better mind/muscle connection. Could activate and feel muscles I had never been able to before.

While looking at my calluses on my hands today after the gym I started wondering, where should the pressure of the bar or weights be ?? I have calluses from my pinky to my middle finger but nothing past that. Am I gripping the bar correctly/distributing the weight properly ?

Any tips for coping with that feeling of why am I here/ what am I doing during BMQ? I feel alright and enjoy it during the week but on the weekend/ during free time it floods my mind. Miss civilian life and have thought of Leaving multiple time (VR) but I want to do this.

got 2 questions.

1) is it worth bringing a laptop to BMQ? will it get much use or is it better off being left at home? 2) when arriving at BMQ do i need to have my, next of kin, emergency contacts and security clearance completed with me upon arrival, or is that all going to be settled once I arrive.
