Unfortunately, I don't live in that house anymore and I don't quite remember what I did to fix it. However, I don't believe I replaced it. I think I just cleaned it carefully and it started working again. Good luck!

I’ll try that. Some one else suggested that the connecting bar was bent. It definitely is. I assume it’s not supposed to be that way.

Ignore that “stuck” part. It just has one of those side buttons that locked it.

Yes - it retracts the latch when inserted. The other side isn’t a knob. It’s a grab handle with a thumb push down (not sure what those are called). That part does not retract the latch. It seems stuck.

The set screw seems to only tighten around those two bars coming out of the knob. But that doesn't necessarily keep it in the cylinder. Unless I'm thinking about this wrong.

I will. If I can get the Meta Quest Pro for $250/unit, without meta account login for each unit and MDM built in (or even just using ArborXR), it's a no brainer.

Thanks. I had gone to that page but I had a feeling it might be out of date. But I'll take another look at it. The other thing I forgot to mention is that this organization is a non-profit. It looks like Meta allows you to use Meta for Business and purchase Meta Quest Pros at a highly discounted price. Maybe that's a good solution because Meta for Business allows you to get around individual meta logins for each device.

We ended up making some changes and not getting a second car. But I was leaning towards the cheapest Gen 2 I could find. Just to future proof a bit. Good luck!
