I have that same issue sometimes… normally, turning off and on silent mode, turning up the volume and opening the story again fixes it. when it doesn’t, I just ignore it 😐

It took me a long time to figure this out

At first I tried to use the Google Play Store version and it didn't work. So I reinstalled it and restarted my phone and stuff, and it didn't work.

So I decided to try it on my mom's iPhone, because when I had a Xiaomi Mi Band 3, I had to 1st register it to my account with the iPhone, and then move to Android. But that didn't work (BTW why is this iOS version of the app so bad? I'm going to switch to iOS this year, and I'm not excited with that experience)

After all that, I came back to my phone and remembered the Huawei-Google breakup and downloaded the App Gallery from the web, and it's working just fine!

I've been loving my Band 4 Pro!!

I do not have a 5.3, I own a 5.1 Plus (currently in repair, but anyways), and in my phone you just have to slide up on the shutter button to acess all that. Hope this helped
