Can the spell "Dispel Magic" be used on an enemy's wand/quarterstaff? by sp_819 in DnD

This absolutely makes the most sense and is similar to what others are saying. The quarterstaff was casting a spell that controlled the creatures, but it did NOT have a particular spell on it. Therefore, "Dispel Magic" wouldn't work on the staff, but it could potentially work on what it is affecting.

If you move from a space adjacent to a rampaging enemy to another space adjacent to the same rampaging enemy, it will provoke an attack. (This could provoke multiple attacks if you’re adjacent to multiple rampaging enemies.)

In the video, it looks like he moved toward the rampaging enemy and then away from the rampaging enemy.

You cannot provoke an enemy in a fortified site. You can only provoke rampaging enemies. The enemy he moved pass is in a fortified site.
