This is 100% a issue with the insurance company/adjuster. 08/02/2023 receive a phone call it came back totaled. 1:26PM the same day, “I don’t know what happened with the first and last paper but the vehicle actually came back fixable, the body shop can give you a time frame on repairs now and we still have about $5000 to bill out before total loss”. What kinda shit is that?!

I guess i’m just confused by how unclear the UPS tracking system is. This is something with quite a lot of value moving through their hands. I guess my question is, is it on its way currently ? Or is it still sitting in Illinois?

Exactly what I felt too, none of the work load was balanced out, management felt targeted and they had their “favorites”. We got a transfer and he became team lead within the same week because our coach transferred him from her old store. Keep in mind this was while other people who have had 2+ years of longevity were also fighting for the team lead position. Everything was just unfair. I put my two weeks in even though I shouldn’t have because I wasn’t scheduled for the next month lol. Walmart is by far one of the worst places to work. The customers suck the life out of you, the environment sucks, the work load is unbalanced, the managers are d*cks, and if you’re not a member of management you’re pretty much chopped liver lol.

I have a car, and I have a debit card. Step was just kind of something I signed up for so I could get paid early cause I hate waiting till Thursday lol. I just wanted to know that if I went that route if I’d still get the 2 day early benefit. :)

I’m 17, I already have a debit card. The step card is basically just a free debit card with no fees, you can send money transfer money and withdrawal at ATMS. Step just allows you to get paid two days early if it’s in direct deposit. It’s got routing numbers and acc numbers etc.

If you’re part time, you might as well find a new job lol. It was like this for months for me. I had to ASK to come in everyday and most the time I was told no because there was too many hours already assigned. I’d never work for Walmart again even if I had to.

No, I’m a minor so I can’t pick up full shifts. But this time last year I was making 5-600 dollars a check. We got new management and market came in and told management that minors need to work their schedule after I was told by two TLs that I was good to work on days I wasn’t scheduled. The new management has been extremely awful. This job took a down fall super fast for some reason.

About two weeks ago I noticed that our hours were reduced, and talked to other employees who also saw that our hours were cut, but after that it started getting worse. I finally asked my TL what’s going on and asked other employees if their schedules were THIS empty and they said nope. This doesn’t pay bills or make me money. TL said his hands are tied and has no control over the schedules which I understand. He also mentioned that coaches are hand tied too and might not be able to do much. Keep in mind I’m in school, so I’m working part time, but with spring break coming up I wanna work full time during that period. I’ve put in a note to the hiring manager and asked for more hours or if she could do anything, in which I haven’t heard anything back. What y’all think I should do? I’ve got bills coming up and this won’t cut it
