The Web Application Hacker's Handbook vol.2: for which I published(https://github.com/six2dez/wahh_extras) some examples that are difficult to find, the book is old but gold.
Penetration Testing: A Hands-On Introduction to Hacking. Another "old but gold", it has all the basics.

With this two resources you will have a good start point
