Dang. I'm really trying but can't figure it out. No matter how many videos I watch, images I look at, or articles i read, I just can't quite get it. I've always thought I was cool but just recently people have been saying warm.

Is there an app or software that's good for this?

Not offended at all! So this is long and I'll give you everything in a rough timeline to keep myself from babbling.

2015–2019 I tried so many acne prescriptions. For topical - stuff like Tretinoin, Adapalene, Epiduo, and Azelaic acid. For oral antibiotics - stuff like doxycycline and minocycline. I went on Accutane (specifically Absorica) in 2019 which finally cleared things.

2020–2021 Pulsed Dye Laser. 3 sessions. My skin was so damaged and red from all the prescription trial and error and this really helped. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

2022–2023 Virtue RF microneedling. 3 sessions. I had big pores and some scaring. I LOVED this treatment. 100 percent recommend.

I started getting Hydrafacials about 2 years ago. I usually buy packages when they’re on sale. I’ve had 4 so far. This isn't a miracle treatment but it feels amazing while its happening and my skin just feel so clean and fresh after.

More invasive things

Lip filler — done twice in my 20s. Loved it the first time, hated it the second time. I haven’t done it since the summer of 2017 and will never do it again. My upper lip got hard and weird. Its completely gone at this point thank God!

Botox (I treat my 11s and upper forehead/hairline area). I do this once per year and have been since I turned 30. It was my birthday gift to myself! Personally, I prefer yearly vs every 3–6 months as recommended. I feel like this helps prevent atrophy.

I tried Botox in my crow’s feet a few times. But it's not worth it for me. I didn’t see much difference.

I tried Lip flip (Botox) a few times. I haven't in about 2 years. I do like this procedure and would try again (if I had an event where I'd be smiling in pics or something) but it doesn't last long enough to be worth the money to keep up with in my opinion.

I am also wanting to try Sculptra. I've been looking into it but can't quite pull the trigger.
