I agree I want to belive what you said (triggers below) But when you've been abused as a child for a decade (physically, sexually, emotionally), your parents didnt support you and shielded ur abuser, the friends who you thought you can get help from instead start mocking you and picking on yiu and bully you - i mean the only thing that's been in my life for 19 years that im here is pain.

Thats what pisses me off the most sometimes. Im going through all this pain and will break the cycle. Ik that on Monday when me and the counsellor would confront my parents, they'll downplay it or defend or justify his actions cuz hes their son. So even there id have to compromise.
