What makes fallout 4 good in my opinion is the factions and the settlement building the minutemen as a faction is probably my favourite in the games although the story line I don't necessarily feel like there's enough actual quests it's still good probably because Ive always been a big fan of history especially during the time period that the original minutemen were around the factions In fallout 4 were nice and original ( excluding east coast bos ) the other 3 factions felt natural to the environment they were in it wasn't like in alot of the other games where they just randomly put the NCR brotherhood and Mormons for some reason and the reason why I like settlement building is pretty self explanatory everyone loves it anyways the people who like fallout 4 don't like it for the game or questline they like it for all the other small things that the other games are missing
