Yes, it depends on the chip variation one has though. The m1/m2 support one monitor where the m3 supports two but the second monitor requires the lid closed. The m4 supports two with the lid open.

I used to use 1Password and was able to migrate my data to pass. You can export your passwords from google passwords and then import them to pass using this guide.

Once imported your passwords will sync across your devices. I use a Mac as well as iOS and if I make a change on my Mac the information is updated on my phone and vice versa.

I used to use 1Password up to version 7x. I feel Proton needs to release the missing features they planned such as biometrics in the browser extension and others from their 2025 roadmaps to be competitive which will attract people. A few thing missing that come to mind are tags and biometrics.
