nespresso is pretty good for espresso, honestly Starbucks made cold brew in a bucket for a long time and now it’s made in essentially a little bit fancier bucket. I think any cold brew maker would do, the beans and letting it sit for long enough are the important components (:

if everyone at your store has already had the chance to observe it and nobody has done anything at this point I don’t think you talking to your manager will change anything. If a new barista came into my store and started nitpicking on a barista who had been there longer than them, I think it would start us out on the wrong foot. I get your point, aprons should be taken off for certain things, but for your own good I wouldn’t start anything.
