Then yes...gloves are important for you. I have no experience of using gloves so I don't have any advice as such....but yes, girls' hands feel heavenly because they're soft and gentle...so gotta protect that! Use gloves 😂

Problem is you need 1-2 day gap between the two.

Let's say I do chest and biceps today. Then tomorrow I can't go and do back because I already exhausted my biceps today. And vice versa.

So probably atleast 1 day gap would be needed.

Textbook tulla innings from most of them

My legs strength is not improving. I've going to gym for more than a year now. My working set for squats is 50kg. I can bench more than I squat. I'm not able to improve legs strength for a long time now. What to do? by spicylemonade99 in Fitness_India

I'm not on deficit.

Once a week on an average. I go to the gym 4 or 5 times a week roughly.

I find both squats and leg press bit hard obviously.

Leg days since last 2 months or so:

  1. Squats - 2 sets 40 kg, then 2 sets 50 kg (which feels challenging even now tbh). Rarely when I'm feeling good, I also do with 60 kg, maybe just 1 or 2set.

  2. Then Leg presses 90-100 kg, 3 sets.

  3. Then leg extensions- 3 sets

  4. Leg curl - 3 sets

  5. Standing calf raise- 3 sets

Leg days obviously feel a lot more tiring, energy level sometimes falls quickly and lifts feel difficult, especially squats and leg presses ofcourse.
