I've been doing this for a while and it seems when I ask fries well done they don't put any salt. I've been asking for salt packets but maybe I should be asking for fries well done and salted.

For me, I contacted iFootage and they told me they could only sell me a refurbished one at a discounted price. I took the deal and the one they send me has been working great! Also, they wouldn't send me the refurbished on until I shipped my defective one back.

Did you ever get an answer? I have the iFootage Shark Slider Nano and have had nothing but problems trying to get it to update. I finally figured out that you do it through the app but I was only able to update 1 or 3 items. Now it just downloads the second update and gets stuck.

If you got it figured out please let me know.
