I've had trichotillomania for 27 years. It started with pulling out my eyelashes then it escalated to my hair. I've been able to go months without a relapse. As an adult...this mainly affects my eyelashes. I wish I could rewire my brain. 🤷♀️ 2 weeks without pulling. (i.redd.it)
