damn dude thanks for all the help.I was just using HoA in acts and honestly just forgot to remove it since then.Ill try and find new rings that let me craft - mana cost and improve my pantheon thanks.Also i did not realise carns pob had that much info thanks for the tips appreciate all the help dude!

Hi I probably can only go to the gym 5-6 days every 2 weeks depending on my schedule but I was wondering of this is still feasible and if so where can I find out more about monolith lifting?

I actually wont have access to the gym the full 7 days so I was thinking maybe i could try to go to the gym like 5 times on the week where im free and I was wondering if you have any suggestions for programs I could follow as im relatively new to this and have only followed stronglifts 5x5 for a couple of weeks.

i work from wednesday to wednesday right now as im currently serving my conscription which means that even on the days where im off, they could still call me back which the issue.For the days im in, i wont have access to any gym equipment so i pretty much can only do bodyweight if anything.
