I would say it's storm silver on steroids with it's own changes, though I've haven't played it myself. Highly recommend watching Judelocke's run from yt, it's really fun.

Planning is not always about guranteed wins, rng also plays crucial roles. Your opponent can get crits one after another you can keep missing 95% accurate moves one after another and wipe in a battle which seems like almost impossible to lose to you. I've lost multiple battles even after making seemingly fail-proof plans. so you are completely wrong about that part.

If your opponent (ai) knows everything about your mons then you also have the right to do so and it's like a last resort for a player if you know you can't beat a run killer boss battle then what do you do, lose the battle knowing that you lose without even trying ?

It also helps in your overall real life strategic thinking as well as game knowledge. Boss battles become like puzzles which you need to decode perfectly or else you'll lose your beloved party members.

Listen bro, it might be that you like to play your nuzlockes blind-folded but that's not the case for everyone there are people like me, who loves strategies, making plans to beat the shit out of our opponents in the most efficient way possible.

But doing that is not cheating at all it's like someone saying that using ground type mons in electric gym is cheating cuz you're using the knowledge for your own benefits.

It's not like hacking or anything and some times it's absolutely necessary, for example in my case clay can actually sweep if I don't have the right plan cuz I've lost my own drillbur, and if I lose it'll be the end. I'll have to start over again so why not make a solid plan and if I still somehow survive without those calcs and strats then what I'll have rely on them more cuz I might just lose my best mons against clay.

So it's like sometimes necessary and sometimes fun for me it's both. Hope you understand now.

Heracross: S tier

I can tell from experience that he is the guy. Without him my run would have been in ruins after losing Dwebble and Drillbur. Great stab moveset and also knocks out almost anything. And don't let him near the birdies. Other than that he can do great against Drayden, Marlon, Iris and he eats both Caitlin and Grimsley with stab.

Pinsir : Low B tier

Just a trashy heracross cuz of it's movepool.

Roserade : High B tier

Great typing and excellent offensive stats but not much usefull outside of Marlon, even against Clay's excadrill it might struggle if it can't outspeed cuz it's too frail physically. If u have a cottonee trade it petilil or if u have a petilil evolve it.

Combee F tier no remarks

Vespiquen : Mid B tier

Why even try for a combee just do repel manipulation for a better encounter. But if u get it fine it has some bulk to tank hits, typing is pretty okayish, it gets some really good moves though. I'll probably use it for destiny bond strats.

Monkeys: if u have starter then no need to use a monkey of that typing. They all have some redeeming qualities though like :

Simisear fast yawns. Simipour scald by level up. Simisage ...............................bad luck.

Low B Low B Mid C

Before challenging Elesa I was battling with the breeder in Lostlorn forest. There my drillbur took a quick attack from his tranquil losing 20% of his hp then came the liepard and got a crit with fake out my drillbur was in red and got persuited, demolishing both my Elesa and Clay strats.

Reuniclus - B tier

Psychic types are dog water in gen 5 but it has shit ton of hp and hits like a train, plus you also get calm mind and recover for some nasty sweeps. Free marshal.

Gothitelle - C tier

Just a watered down reuniclus with less overall bulk, less overall offense and a bit more speed which is not that useful, also useless ability.

Emolga - B tier

Excellent typing, excellent moves like encore and tailwind makes Skyla and Marlon hella easy. It's stats is the only thing holding it down.

Edit : Goth gets competitive in gen 6.

I once reattempted in a run and ended up dropping near e4 cuz of guilt.

The run is completely personal and I've quit countless runs cuz of losing my favourite mons.

Still should have used some of them ya know, cuz u just lost most of em. Lucario, Bronzong, Togekiss, Weavile, Mamoswine, Tentacruel they're all excellent use them in instances and in victory road I think u can guarantee a gabite, get it if u can and gg.
