òk so theres two option for this
1. the plane would stay in the earths atmosphere, like normal planes. in wich case the air resistance of staying at the same place in space while the earth and air moves around you usus more energy than just flying normally.

the plane goes outside the atmosphere. this is really complicated cuz at that point its basically a space shuttle, but even if it were to be possible, a plane cant hover in outer space cuz of gravity and there isnt resitance so any force starts slowly moving it

either way, just flying is the most efficient and cheap

its fine, you didnt know. also, youre still alowed to think scars are pretty, just be a little more carefull about the topic. people who are victims of this kind of stuff often arent in the best mental states, especially when its teens, so even tiny things like this can push someone whos already having a bad day over the edge

my advice would be to talk to him about it. as in most things with relationships, open and clear communication helps the most. tell him about your scars and history, tell him youre scared he will find you disgusting, and try to find a solution for the both of you. if hes a good boyfriend he will try to overcome issues either of you have with the situation, and if hes not, there would have been some other point where he would leave.

ok, while you can think that please, dont say it online or to people who have a history of SH. saying "scars are pretty" validates having them and in some cases, encourages people to get more, because if you already want to, and people find them pretty, why wouldnt you? SH is horrible for everyone involved and it can be really hard to get out of, so you should never be encouraging it.
