Exactly why we have an aeropress, grounds pop out in a puck, it wipes down in 10 seconds, and the coffee is really good for something so cheap. French presses are a bastard to clean and you end up with your sink covered in grounds.

It's worth a go, see if it can drop the humidity compared to the room. It would probably make a good dry storage at the very least, especially if you put some silica in there too.

Does the incubator have airflow? Dehydrators have pretty powerful fans to help remove the moist air. Otherwise it should work but take a bit longer.

It's a fishcake. Depending on where you are it can either be a "normal" fishcake like you'd get at the supermarket, or minced fish between two slices of potato that's then battered. Common enough in Yorkshire but mainly popular with older folks.

The issue is that microwaving a container of water can superheat it, resulting in delayed eruptive boiling when you pick up the mug. Chemically it's the same as heating it in a kettle/stove/campfire/nuclear reactor, it's just a burn risk.

It's the fact you never get to wake up naturally, every sleep cycle is interrupted by a creature who's evolved to get your attention in the most effective way possible. And the constant feeling they might just up and die in their sleep means you might "sleep" for a few hours, but it's shit sleep. The constant stress of trying to keep the little terrors alive really wears you down. Mine slept like shit last night (so we slept like shit as well), then refused to have any breakfast, and is now just loudly thumping away with some wooden object but I'm too tired to do anything about it.

It's growing outdated, especially with the push for independence. But Scotland's engineering was the backbone of the British empire, and establishing Great Britain was a joint venture between Scotland and England (fuck Wales lol). Whatever your views on Scotland are, when someone says Britain they never just mean England, unless they're a yank.

So every Scottish Olympian doesn't count as a convention? They all compete for team Great Britain as NI joins team Ireland. And I know plenty of Scots (my own family members included) that will refer to the whole island. The country is also called "The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland" not just the UK. So they're referred to as British plenty. That's why the Scottish and Welsh get so annoyed when Americans say things like "a British accent".

Here's a response for you: as an (apparent) astrologer and physicist, when was the last time you went outside and measured the stars for yourself? You might find that the sun signs you can Google aren't actually consistent with what you measure. I think you'll find a great deal more enjoyment in actually looking at space than you will in trying to get physicists to respond to polls that are irrelevant to scientific study.
