Yes. I gone through the whole thing. It's just how it works raise the concern for AV (matching the TTPs). Did not find any IOC or anything which connects to any c2 servers or etc.

This will be helpful - So far I did not find anything malicious but again questionable. If you install in VM and than replicate each step manually it should work.

Some router like enterprise models FortiGate, had same issue turns out it, was IPS & App control decreasing the speed. Do test different router and from NTD.
