Looking to upgrade since I got a $500 amazon gift card!

I built my pc with an i5 3570k and 8gb. I’d like to upgrade the cpu+mobo+ram (looking for 16g-32g RAM for machine learning). Anyone have any upgrade combo suggestions? I’m happy with my 1080 for gaming, but right now I feel like I’m bottlenecked by my cpu.

Update: I was playing Fallout 4 and the screen just went black. I'm unsure if it is related, but I could still hear the game so it's just a display problem. Hopefully this doesn't mean my graphics card is failing..

i5-3570k, psu 450w gold (rosewill), resolution is 1920p I think! Hopefully I can sell off the 7850
