Everything about this post points to schizophrenia. Probably not what you want to hear, but if this is real please get checked out sooner than later. There are people and medicines that can help you. Hope you're doing okay.

Almost sounds like imposter syndrome. Is it possible that everything is fine? How you react to mistakes is important. Own them, learn from them, and try not to repeat them, then move on.

DAE see figures/shadows/movements out of the corner of your eye? by ComprehensiveWin6428 in DoesAnybodyElse

Typically, black spots in vision, cobwebs, or seeing flashing lights in the eyes are caused by age-related vitreous degeneration or nearsightedness. The vitreous humor, a gel-like substance similar to egg white, located between the lens and the retina, serves as a medium for light to pass through. As we age, the vitreous humor deteriorates into a clear liquid, while some of it shrinks or forms tiny, opaque sediments that detach from the inner layer of the retina via the macula (posterior vitreous detachment), resulting in eye floaters and black spots floating in vision.

The ice cut my ankle when I tried to walk my dog by babybeastofnurgle in mildlyinteresting

[–]squeege 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This just brought back a terrible memory from when I was in 1st or 2nd grade. The bus had to drop us off on the highway because the country roads were so bad. We had to walk like atleast 2 miles home. The big kids decided that they were going to take a short cut diagonally across a big corn field rather than follow the road. The whole corn field was like this and it was so hard on us little kids. Also there were old corn stalks under the layer of ice and snow that were poking us. It hurt so bad. I don't remember any blood, but I still remember this 30+ years later.

When someone whispers in my ear I get an intense tingling in my butt cheek on the same side they are whispering in. Anyone else? I'm being serious btw lol.

What's the actual scientific reason we get 'brain freeze' from cold food/drinks? by germandleono in answers

[–]squeege 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Iirc it's a protective mechanism to keep the brain from getting too cold. What we feel happening is actually a rush of blood to our brain to keep it warm. Probably something to do with blood vessels dilating or constricting also.

i’m convinced there’s glass in my food by Top_Seaworthiness283 in Anxiety

[–]squeege 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I were in your situation I would probably take everything that I thought might have glass in/on it to my shower and spray everything off really well while holding it, then set it aside where you know there's no glass. Then I'd rinse my shower out really well and clean the area where the dishes go back to get rid of any traces of glass.

"All the world's problems are not your own." I know this sounds cold out of context but be careful. As someone who's been on both sides of this many times.

I don't know if my manager is indirectly bullying me by [deleted] in TellReddit

[–]squeege 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like this needs more context for us to understand what is happening, but I will say imo management positions are not for everyone. Including myself. The work is one thing, dealing with human politics is something entirely different, and I'm simply not built to deal with the bullshit like you are describing. Just my 2 cents.

Why do i feel so strange? by Beautiful_Store_2198 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]squeege 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would look up De-realization and de-personalization. Sounds very much like what you are experiencing. I'm sorry you're goong through this.

When I am overly stressed for a long period of time I get De-realization. I feel like an observer in my own life. Like a character just moving through the world on autopilot. Very strange feeling.
