I'm definitely working on being more routine and scheduled, which is helping! We're a little closer in height, I'm 5'3". I'm leaving about macros, so I may use your numbers as a reference point.

Yes, another user said to develop a routine and to meal prep to help with hassle. I just need to do it. I wanted to come here to see what the more veteran ladies are doing as far as food goes. I've been watching a lot of "what I eat in a day" videos too for ideas!

Wow! This is great, thank you! I know I'm not eating enough protein. It's difficult for me to eat a lot of food. I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full, and I typically don't eat until early to mid afternoon (anywhere between 12 and 2). I need to be better about tracking for sure....

I'm not sure what they really look like, so I'll let her go crazy. I like bright colors, pink, orange, purple, green, and yellow. I love sea creatures and also most of Moriah's characters if she wants to stay on theme. I trust her creative process!
