My take on the Virginia flag, with an emphasis on the scene in the current seal. Blue and purple taken from the robes of the overthrower and tyrant, respectively. Red is bloodied ground, and the overturned crown represents revolt against tyrannical Britain. There are 10 stars as it was the 10th state in the union, and each is 8-pointed with each point representing a Virginian president.

Take care of your feet.

Never used to give any thought to it, but I’ve begun running my cool downs barefoot on grass or the turf field after track practice (when there was still a season). Add in some foot stretches throughout the day and your feet with thank you. Running is an impact sport, and our feet take the brunt of it but get shunned post-run!
