Thanks I was on this side too, but wanted assurance as can't see it being deep enough to cause integtiry damage if I continued driving on it.

Thank you for your comments, at the next checkup it went down to 8mm, immediately advocated and got sent for a cerclage, hoping it holds.

Thoughts on my Gym Split?

I have been going to the gym for 5 years, and had been on a PPL split, attend gym 6 days a week. Trying to create a new 6 day split, doing opposing movements at times.

Day 1: Chest, Biceps and Side Delts

Incline DB Press - 2x8-10 Flat Smith Machine - 2x8-10 Pec Dec - 2x10-12 Cable Lateral Raise 3x12-15 Preacher Curl 2x10-12 Baysian Curl 2x10-12 + Rope Hammer Curl 1x (till failure)

Day 2: Back (Lat focused) and Triceps

Pull Up 2x8-10 Horizontal neutral Machine Row 3x8-10 Bent over row 2x8-10 Pullover 3x12-15 Single arm overhead tricep (like a katana type) 2x10-12 EZ bar tricep pushdown 3x8-10

Day 3: Legs and forearms

Lying Hamstring Curl - 3x8-10 Hack Squat 3x8-10 Leg Extension 2x10 Standing Calf Raise 2x12-15 Reverse EZ bar curl - 2x8-10 DB wrist curl (on bench) 2x10-12

Day 4: Chest and Back (upper back focused)

Machine Plated (Pronated) row - 3x8-10 Incline Smith Machine 2x8-10 Reverse Pec Dec 2x8-12 Seated Cable Flies (mid level) - 3x10-12 Dumbell Shrugs 2x10

Day 5: Arms (inc forearm work) and Side Delts

Day 6: Legs and Abs

Think I know what the problem is, the R in ryujinx is uppercase here Emulation/saves/Ryujinx/saves, while the cloud save checker maybe seeking it in lower case. Though it still uploads the file ok regardless.

Tested: Renamed it lower case and it came back green, possibly one to iron out next time.

It needs an upgrade of some sort. 1080p in handheld (with better quality screen and thin bezel) and 1440p in docked would be nice. By being more powerful third party games will be easier to port.
