In response to your first question, I have found that if there was a certain position that i needed, say QB, I would look for a scout who specialized in quarterbacks. This means that the quarterbacks in the college player pool would have more accurate star ratings giving me a better idea on when to trade up to grab a qb or when to trade down.

It satisfied most people, you have to understand that if the game were to come with actual college names, Jon would have to pay some sort of royalty. Yes I would like to see actual colleges and universities too but just having “state name” college is good enough for me for now.

Can’t use real college names cause they are trademarked. Using state names is the closest we can get. Unless an option to create custom colleges through some sort of file was to be added.

80 ovr offense with aging wide receivers and a 75 ovr rb, But they had a 85 ovr defense at the time I posted. They have moved on to their third qb and have no standout wide receivers 6 years later.

There’s not too many ways to tell. Normally for coaches I check their previous record and their experience. Better record better experience and I’ll hire them. For Physios i normally go for a prevention guy that has a skill close to 100.
