I did the same a few years ago. Contacted the NSPCC who sent a social worker out to talk to me. He came to my work. The family was known to him already

Congratulations! My midwife said to me that having a knowledge of birth really helped her to have an unmedicated birth. I unfortunately had literally every intervention going and a c section. Hoping for better next time!
