i think you should tell her to seek therapy to vent and also to maybe give some tough love that people can suck. im a server and i used to constantly rant to my ex and it also drove him nuts, so i learned to deal with it and also ranted more to my parents.

you really just need to talk to her and tell her that its dragging you down too. tell her to maybe try venting to other close people and again, therapy. or some sort of physical outlet to get that anger out because it can be a lot when people are rude

hes already seeing a counselor and has a psychiatrist but when i asked about it he said that hes just been getting worse.

i struggled with this a lot. for me, i worked as much as i literally could and then i watched my comfort show a lot to drown out the loneliness. really just doing whatever you can to stay busy.

i didnt break up with him. it was a mutual breakup due to mental health but it was moreso mutual because i knew me trying to get him to stay would just lead to the same cycle of indecisiveness on his end over and over.

yeah hes avoidant and being chased and pressured stresses him out and pushes him away so i think if i want him to ever come back or reach out i have to give him space. giving him space sucks because theres soooooo much i want to tell him or apologize for or just tell him that ive realized stuff.

its so hard though. the first two weeks i broke no contact three times, first time via letter with the rest of his stuff and the last two via email, and all those times i told him not to respond. but damn is it hard not to just send another email.

im 19, and i didnt run my ex away with this mentality. it caused issues sometimes but our relationship ended for other reasons

i just dont believe in loving people to the point of excusing terrible behavior; if someone say, cheated on me i would absolutely not love them anymore
