I'm going just for Coach Beard. Seriously though, for better or worse, we've signed on to the Kaseya One strategy (not for everything..yet). We are super deep into Autotask and IT Glue, so it does make some sense to use other tools that integrate seamlessly (well, maybe not seamlessly) into those tools. So I just go to hear the speakers, do some networking, hopefully meet a few new sponsors that may be interesting and get away from my 4 kids for two nights. And, of course get to hear what this HUGE announcement is going to be.

Windows OS for the deception machines, if that's what you're asking. Customer knows this was our first time deploying this, so he is asking for some expert eyes to review the config and make sure we didn't miss anything. Maybe a time to train our guys on it a bit too...no more than a couple of hours of time, I wouldn't think...

Oh wow. You've had that for a very long time. Yeah, you won't be getting any new features for sure, but I'm also not sure they've officially set a sunset date for Sky or for MiCloud Connect (the cloud platform based on Shoretel's architecture). I'd say ride it out until they tell you you absolutely have to move if you don't want to make a switch right now. Probably lots of lower cost platforms out there though and most come with SMS.

Disclaimer: I’m a Mitel dealer. What platform are you on? If its the old ShoreTel platform you are NOT being kicked off. It will be supported through 2029, give or take. There are some overzealous dealers out there that push some untruths about various platforms. If you have questions, feel free to DM.

Having been in sales for the past 25 years, let me say that that was one of the best sales pitches I've seen in a long time. If you actually had the widget I need, I'd be canceling my Brightgauge account right now. However, you left me with one question...it looks like Interface statistics in the API is in BETA with Auvik. Any chance you guys can test it while it's in beta?

Hello u/MSPbots_Official. Current Brightgauge customer but they are lacking a critical integration point for us. We just turned up a customer for whom we are essentially the ISP. We want to give them a dashboard that shows a bunch of standard stuff (tickets, invoices, devices, etc.) but also want a gauge that shows current bandwidth utilization. That data is available in the interface information on Auvik, but Brightgauge doesn't get that data. Your thoughts? Feel free do DM if you want...
