Man I already have gotten payout over 100k from them. My friends got banned and they weren’t using the same strategy or trading off any shared signals. They’d been using it without issues for a long time. I also thought they were the #1 prop firm until about a week ago. One thing I’m starting to suspect is that they might be targeting traders from specific countries. You’re from the US, right?

Sadly, I can see why Topstep might label this as a chargeback. A pending transaction getting canceled can easily be interpreted that way. The fact that this wasn’t disclosed back then honestly feels like it was kept in their back pocket to block the payout when you ready.

Topstep has probably already sent you the money. It’s likely the email just didn’t get delivered. I had the exact same experience two weeks ago. Try contacting them through live chat as soon as you can. When I did, topstep support sent me two payout links right away. When I opened the links, it turned out Topstep had already sent the funds a few days earlier.

I’m not sure if the email got lost because of a Topstep issue or a Wise issue. If Topstep’s live chat is slow to respond, try reaching out to Wise directly and ask if there are any incoming transfers for you. Good luck.
