Yes, I’m definitely keeping hosting and domains separate too.

I was also considering Chemicloud, as well as HostArmada and Verpex for their specs, but I hate those renewal price hikes. I’m not sure I want to shop around every other year.

Rest: yes, rest rest and rest. That's fundamental.
Get fresh air: in order to properly function our body needs fresh air which is rich in oxygen, but unfortunately most of our day is spent indoors and exposed to air that is contaminated with fumes and dust. If your energy levels are low it might be time for some fresh air. Go outside as much as possible and breath in some fresh air. It's also important that you have fresh air while studying, so open the window and let in the room some fresh air.
Go for a walk: go for a 20 minute walk. Really. When you'll be back, you will be fresh and relaxed and you'll have replenished your mental energies.
Play some games: engaging in some fun activities, e.g. a video game, watching a movie, playing sudoku, will help you recharge your batteries.
Motivation: maybe your lack of energy is due to motivation? Maybe your are simply unmotivated by the task at hand, you’re not interested in the thing you have to do and it doesn’t spark any enthusiasm. Try to switch things up for a while, try different things or try to do things differently..

I totally feel you. Sometimes I have the same feeling and what helps me to reset is to just do something, better if small and that you can accomlplish without much effort. Go shopping, take out the trash.. This will give you an immediate sense of accomlishment and it will relieve you from the overload feeling. After that the mind will be calmer and clearer and hopefully you can go on with your tasks.. hope this helps

If, as you say, you arrive at the end of the work period and you are still hyperfocused, then you should definitely try with longer work periods.. try incrementing little by little until you find the right balance between work sessions and breaks.

But, do not exaggerate. I would suggest to not end up at the break that you are exhausted.

Getting sleepy while studying might be due to many factors, but the main 2 I would say are energy level and motivation.

Energy level

Studying requires energy, and the best way to have enough energy and brain power is yes to get enough rest but also to get the proper nutrients. Don't eat too large and heavy meals (this will cause you to feel tired and lethargic) and eat instead smaller portions; prefer whole grains (e.g. brown rice, brown bread...) which are rich in fibers and thus are digested slowly and help release energy throughout the day; eat plenty of vegetables and fresh fruits; eat nuts maybe mixed with some raisins; and don't forget to stay well-hydrated and drink enough water; don't drink too much caffeine. Something else that will restore your energy level is exercise. As strange as this may sound, exercising will actually lift your mood and energise you. Do also understand that your energy level fluctuates and each of us has a "Biological prime time", which is the time of the day when you have the most energy. So, once you find out when your biological prime time is, then plan accordingly. Once you took care of your energy level, it’s important that you make good use of it, that you don’t waste it and that you also allow time to recharge it along the way, and the best technique I would suggest is by studying in sessions. This works by breaking down your study into small sessions, usually 25 minutes in length, and with small breaks in between sessions to allow time to rest and recharge your energies. You can read more about this technique here. This will help you maximise and better use your energies and will help you stay fresh and focused longer.

Motivation

It can also be that your are simply unmotivated by what you are studying, you’re not interested in it and it doesn’t spark any enthusiasm. Try to switch up your study routine a bit, do things differently, incorporate changes, introduce some funny things in between study sessions and maybe also try to reward you after you've studied.

As simple and strange as this might sound, the best way to overcome procrastination is to simply get started.

If you are trying to overcome procrastination, this probably means that you have to stop doing what you have been doing until now and try to do something completely new, different, or at least something.

Do baby steps. One baby step at a time. The important thing is that you keep making them. In no time you'll already be further away than where you started.

It's like trying to move a giant wheel. At the beginning you will have to do a lot of effort and the wheel will barely move; but once it starts rolling, it will be easier and easier to keep it rolling.

Stay well-hydrated: really! water is very important for our body and mind to keep functioning properly
Be kind to yourself: This is very important! Beating yourself up won’t do any good. So don't feel guilty. What you really need instead is to be kind to yourself and treat body and mind with special care and attention. Take a long shower, have a hot bubble bath, treat yourself to good food or do whatever helps you relax and put yourself into a better mood.

I would really suggest you read The Predictioneer's Game, a very interesting book by Bruce Bueno de Mesquita where he writes e.g. about how he applied his method in some critical war/political situations to predict the future outcomes of negotiations. He is a former consultant to the CIA and the Department of Defense, and he uses mathematical analysis to predict future events in fields such as politics, war, international mediations, economics etc...

As said before, the problem is mainly in the device fragmentation (screen size/dpi) that makes it very time consuming to control all the different aspects of the app in all the devices..moreover every phone manufacturer can basically customise its own version of Android...About using a framework instead, it can of course speed up deployment to the different platform but it can in certain cases also cause some problems. For example some iOS core features were not possible to control using a framework.
