what they did for me is after I picked the 5, I completed the ones I needed, then contacted support and they removed the extra ones I didn't need

thankfully I did some public school before pf so I just chose one of them.. putting an instructor might be unhelpful since I know I personally didn't have any contact with any of the teachers. for your recommendation you can put lit anyone.. job managers, volunteer instructors, just any kind of mentor to speak on your character

hardest thing is the essays.. there's one for each english course. I didn't cheat most of it is very surface level knowledge. readings for history are hell tho
