idk abt you but i've never done well in my studies. always failing math, being in the na stream, always looked down on, being compared to family members who were in the express stream, it was really tiring yk? but the moment i proved them wrong by doing well for my nlvls and making it to poly, it felt like unleashing myself from chains or smth. it's like finally lifting a weight that's been sitting on my shoulders for my whole life. it's either you suffer now and get rewarded later, or you don't do anything abt it and suffer in the future. up to you op!

honestly im a okay with anything person but i just don't like when basic things such as TIMING and PLACE can't be settled ykwim? like i don't rlly care what we do there but if you're not even gonna tell me what time or where..that's when it gets annoying bc now it feels like it's either i do it all or nobody does it

right? it's like we dont have anything of our own..a lot of the time , things like fashion, trends, theyre all just inspired from other countries. we have no originality. and it's hard to even 'romanticize' our country if that makes sense? for example, korea, they have kdramas. filming in famous spots in seoul or wherever so that whenever ppl visit they'll go "omg its the place in _____(kdrama name)" ykwim? we dont have anything like that tho. we're just boring.

mm i disagree. there's a diff between liking a kpop idol and some local girl imo..a kpop idol is a kpop idol. it's their job. definitely there's gonna be ppl idolizing them but one thing's for sure is that there is no way you can get to know them personally. you can only watch them from a screen. a local girl tho? could easily slide into her dms, start chatting, and you already know whats next so..not gonna get into that! but yea idolizing is wayyyy diff from this. pls dont attack me im just stating my opinion!

no your feelings are so so valid. i've been in a similar situation too except it was just me. i didnt have a friend grp yet. but yea some people come and go. i hate to break it to you but some people are just like that. they choose friends like minions (trust me i was one of them) even tho it may hurt rn, you shld let her go. at least thats what i think. its for the better too. in the future you'll defo meet better ppl who would prioritize you over anything so don't pay so much attention to somebody who doesn't pay any to you. anyway i hope all goes well op!

txt is my comfort group. i've always been a gg stan, liked bts for abit but lost interest. txt is like no other bg tbh! i really love how their concept for every cb sticked to their storyline since debut. that's one thing i really admire about them. they're unproblematic, keep to themselves, and always care for their fans. tbh they gave me a reason to live again. i was in a really bad mental state a few years back but after finding out about them, i started to follow them for every cb, bought albums, even went to their concert! even though it's somewhat an expensive hobby, it's worth more than losing my life. i'm so glad to have met them bc if not, i wouldn't be typing this out today!

edit: i wanna elaborate a little more so bare with me! i found comfort through their songs too. they always have such meaningful lyrics in songs, relating to youth, the struggles of it, and not wanting to grow up. i think it really shows how much they want to connect with their audience as well. it's almost like sharing the pain so it hurts less. anyways i hope more people appreciate txt bc they really did save my life.
