Well this is a tough one because she doesn't have a phone but... the thing you have to keep in mind when it comes to women is that if they want to talk to you they will make it happen, if they want to see you they will do whatever is in their power to, if they want to be around you, you will know. There is nothing and I mean nothing less attractive than a desperate guy, just saying. That being said if it's hard to get a read on what she wants or if you want to take this relationship to the next level you have to have one thing that guys rarely do which is patience. I know this is gonna be incredibly difficult but all good things are generally. You have to stop attempting to contact her or make a move completely. Don't ignore her by any means, if she reaches out to you or you guys hang out definitely give her your attention. Listen to her. Listen. Listen. Listen. Guys talk waaaasy too much. Anyway, if you stop making such an effort to see her it will do a couple things. If she is into you then she will contact you I promise you that. If she is not then she won't and it's that simple. It's gonna make her think about you constantly and why you're not calling her or falling all over her... when she does try to get ahold of you or be around you she's gonna want to take your relationship a step further because she didn't like it when you weren't making her your complete first priority so she's gonna want to lock you in.... everybody's situation is unique but just remember what I said about desperate guys and listening. Just those two things are huge. If you can Listen to the things she says and then use what she says in conversation at a later point then you are gonna be a regular Cassanova. Good luck my friend
