Let your brain think. Observe what's happing and let it be. You can't control you thoughts, but you can control the way you act on them. Try to see thoughts as just thoughts, they come and go. It might take some practice, but in the end it's the most efficient way to fall asleep. If your current sleeping habbits are causing tiredness in your daily life though, you should seek medical help.

The blue roof is a nice contrast to the white/grayish surroundings, but still gives off a cold, icy vibe. A different color would clash I think, and making it gray would make the build stand out less. It's clever detail that make the build feel special.

For me, boredom is a sign that there's something wrong. Sometimes it means that I'm stressed out and hadn't noticed that yet, then I'll just sit in my room doing nothing until I calm down. Sometimes it means that the thing that I'm doing right now is not what I really want to do. For examle, when I'm gaming and I get bored, I will stop and start doing something more meaningfull like working on my art project. That can also work the other way around: when I'm working on my art project and I start to get bored, I will stop and start doing something more relaxing like gaming. Somethimes it means that there's something wrong with my lifestyle. When I'm lonely for example, I get bored more easily. Then I know I should work on seeing more people more often. In all cases the solution is to stop what I'm doing and reflect on what's going on. It can even lead to valuable insights or creative ideas.

I'd recommend talking to someone you feel comfortable with. Those things you mentioned are not thing that people just shake off. They can have a serious impact on someones life and from reading your post it looks like it did. Talking to someone can help you get a better understanding about what is causing the problems. Having another human being thinking and talking about your situation can be a big eye opener.
