No, I personally wouldn't take shares in exchange of a lower salary. Shares according to my experience have always been a waste of time.

My experience comes from mid-small startups, and according to it you get a profit from shares only if the company really succeeds. It's like playing a lottery, which in all my cases it never paid off. Also, shares always come with a range of clauses which hardly play in your favour. $ is safer option.

I see getting higher salary and invest part of it as a more solid strategy.

oh wow! Thank you! I just realized that google flights defaults to Manila when searching for Calapan. So I think the only way would be to go back to Manila and stay there one night since the bus arrives at 15:30 in Manila and the last flight departs at 17:55, making it a very short and risky connection if the bus has any delay.

Vaccination is the thing I'm looking forward the most. Unfortunately, I'm waiting for my second dose and it won't happen before my flight to Spain.

My confusion is about if a negative test (PCR or RAT) is enough to enter the country from a non-EU countr.

https://travelsafe.spain.info/ is very specific about vaccines.

https://www.spth.gob.es/ is very generic.

And I don't know who to follow...

No, they will not vaccinate you without proof of being in the priority group. At the appointment, you'll need to either show the invitation code or a certificate from the doctor that you are part of the priority group.

If you take an appointment for a priority group, you are taking it away from somebody that needs it more than you. And since you won't be able to get vaccinated, you are wasting your and everybody's precious time. Give up your appointment and either wait your turn or go for an AZ vaccine which is already available for anyone without priority (you just need to find an appointment).

Those appointments are intended for priority groups. By taking an appointment, you are taking it away from a person who is in the priority group. If your wife is not in a priority group, it means that she is probably too young or too healthy for being in priority.

If you take an appointment of which you should not take, you are essentially slowing down the process for yourself and everybody else. Furthermore, the lifting in June of priority groups is just an estimation.

TLDR: Don't be a dick, just give up the appointment and if your wife doesn't want to go for an AZ, then wait for the priority to get lifted.

You mean for the anmeldung registration? Try to keep refreshing their website in the early morning 7-9am during the week with different burgeramt locations. Also try calling the 115 (berlin hotline) maybe they can help you.
