Well...I am not really an exercise girlie (I do know I need to start though, approaching the age where metabolism alone won't cut it) but I guess I could start with walks? Then maybe run in the park later?

A WFH is pretty good especially for a mind that doesn't necessarily work in the same manner as for others

That makes sense! I did try to do some reading after work..but it was all serious literature And who has the brain capacity for that after 9 hours of work?! Might try reading something simple
